Min 1 to 2 years experience in same filed
Formwork Construction: Build, fit, and align wooden or system shutters, boxes, and panels according to engineering blueprints
Assembly & Erection: Secure and brace formwork safely using nails, bolts, clamps, and props to bear heavy liquid concrete pressures.
Material Preparation: Measure, cut, shape, and smooth timber, plywood, or modular metal frames using hand and power tools.
Dismantling: Safely strip and remove formwork components once concrete structures have adequately cured.
Inspect alignment, level, and structural stability regularly; adhere to site health and safety protocols.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to accurately read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Tool Proficiency: Skilled in operating hand tools and power equipment (saws, drills, measuring tapes, laser/spirit levels).Physical Stamina: High physical fitness, strength, and balance to handle heavy lumber and work at heights or in changing weather.
Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in construction formwork or conventional/system shuttering.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe working procedures on high-rise or heavy industrial site
