CNC Plastic Machine Operator – Albania

Role’s & Responsibilities

Load plastics: Place raw plastic stock into the machine securely.
Set parameters: Adjust feed rates and spindle speeds suited for plastic.
Run tests: Execute trial runs to verify accuracy before mass cutting.
Manage workflow: Supervise active cycles and change tools as needed
Inspect parts: Measure finished plastic items using calipers or gauges.
Remove burrs: Sand, trim, or deburr rough edges from cut plastic.
Sort output: Label and pack approved plastic components correctly.
