Food & Beverage Service – Internship

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests politely, present menus, and escort them to dining tables.
• Learn menu compositions, daily culinary specials, and ingredient details to assist guests.
• Set up dining tables, polish glassware, and arrange cutlery before service hours.
• Assist senior stewards in taking food orders and running dishes to tables.
• Clear soiled plates, wipe tables, and replenish water glasses throughout the meal.
• Restock service stations with napkins, condiments, ice, and clean beverage glasses.
• Deliver room service orders accurately to guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Complete opening and closing side-work duties under the guidance of department supervisors
