Roles and Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and vacuum guest rooms, corridors, lobby areas, and restaurant dining spaces.
• Make beds daily, change bed linens, and replenish fresh towels and guest amenities.
• Dust furniture, polish fixtures, clean windows, and empty trash receptacles across properties.
• Restock housekeeping carts with cleaning chemicals, fresh linens, and standard guest supplies.
• Inspect rooms for mechanical damage or burnt bulbs and report issues to maintenance.
• Handle guest requests promptly, such as delivering extra pillows, irons, or baby cribs.
• Sort, wash, iron, and fold hotel linens, uniforms, and guest laundry items.
• Follow strict chemical safety protocols and adhere to eco-friendly waste disposal guidelines.
