Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests politely, present menus, and escort them to their designated tables.
• Describe menu items, highlight daily specials, and suggest appropriate beverage pairings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food courses and beverages efficiently according to established hospitality standards.
• Replenish water glasses, clear soiled dishes, and reset tables for new guests.
• Address guest inquiries, manage complaints gracefully, and ensure overall dining satisfaction.
• Process bill payments accurately using cash, credit cards, or room charge systems.
• Maintain cleanliness at service stations and complete opening or closing side-work duties.
