Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, present the beverage menu, and take accurate drink orders.
• Grind premium coffee beans and adjust commercial espresso machine settings for optimal extraction.
• Froth, texturize, and steam milk precisely to create classic latte art designs.
• Prepare a wide range of hot and cold specialty beverages following standardized recipes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized coffee bar station throughout the day.
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, dairy products, syrups, and disposable cups.
• Operate cash registers and digital POS systems to process customer payments accurately.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
