Fine Dining Restaurant
- 3–5+ years of experience in bar operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Supervise day-to-day bar operations to ensure smooth service.
- Manage, train, and motivate bartenders and bar staff.
- Create and maintain cocktail menus, seasonal specials, and beverage recipes.
- Maintain stock levels, order beverages, and monitor inventory & wastage.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of beverage items.
- Implement hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures as per company standards.
- Ensure compliance with local licensing laws and regulations.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular bar maintenance checks and equipment control.
- Monitor cost control and beverage margins
- Strong knowledge of classic & modern cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology.
- Ability to lead, guide, and schedule bar staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control.
- Presentable, confident, and guest-oriented approach.
- Experience in high-volume restaurants, lounges, or bars preferred.
- Immediate joiners or short notice preferred.
