- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and service excellence
- Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly
- Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are maintained
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Help achieve revenue targets and control operational costs
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent guest handling and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and POS systems
- Ability to train, motivate, and lead the team
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
