Role’s & Responsibilities

Prepare and Serve Drinks: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Manage Bar Inventory: Track liquor, beer, wine, and garnish stock levels, and place reorders before items run out.
Maintain Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize the bar counter, stools, glassware, utensils, and service equipment constantly.
Verify Customer Age: Check identification cards strictly to prevent underage drinking and ensure legal compliance.
Process Payments: Handle cash, credit cards, and room charges accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Engage with Guests: Provide excellent customer service, recommend drink pairings, and upsell premium beverage options
