Role’s & Responsibilities

nspect Rooms and Public Areas: Check guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and restaurant restrooms to ensure they meet luxury cleanliness standards.
Supervise and Train Staff: Assign daily cleaning zones to room attendants and house persons, while training them on chemical safety and cleaning techniques.
Manage Inventory and Supplies: Track stock levels of linens, towels, cleaning chemicals, and guest amenities, and submit reorder requests.
Coordinate with Front Desk: Report room readiness, maintenance issues, and delayed check-outs in real time to optimize guest check-in flow.
Handle Guest Requests: Resolve guest complaints regarding cleanliness quickly and fulfill special requests like extra pillows or cribs.
Enforce Safety Protocols: Ensure the team strictly follows lost-and-found logging, key control procedures, and chemical dilution safety guideline
