Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect packed food orders from restaurants and verify accuracy against customer receipts.
• Transport food items safely using thermal bags to maintain correct temperature control.
• Navigate optimal delivery routes using GPS applications to ensure on-time drop-offs.
• Deliver orders directly to customers at residential, commercial, or designated public locations.
• Handle cash or digital transactions securely and provide exact change when necessary.
• Communicate politely with customers to resolve location issues or delivery delays efficiently.
• Inspect delivery vehicles daily for fuel, tire pressure, and proper mechanical operation.
• Follow strict road safety regulations and adhere to company contact-less delivery protocols.
