Roles and Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and vacuum guest rooms, private bathrooms, and restaurant dining areas.
• Change soiled bed linens, make beds precisely, and replenish fresh bath towels daily.
• Restock guest room amenities, minibar products, complimentary coffees, and vanity kits.
• Empty trash bins, sort recyclable waste, and maintain hygienic indoor environments.
• Inspect structural room fixtures, identify burnt lightbulbs, and report issues to maintenance.
• Address guest requests politely by delivering extra pillows, ironing boards, or cribs.
• Organize and restock the housekeeping trolley with authorized cleaning agents and supplies.
• Secure guest rooms properly and hand over recovered lost-and-found items to supervisors
