Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests warmly, escort them to tables, and provide detailed menus.
• Explain daily culinary specials, answer ingredient questions, and recommend food pairings.
• Record accurate food and beverage orders using digital POS systems or order pads.
• Deliver prepared food courses and beverage orders promptly to the correct tables.
• Clean tables, clear used dishes, and replenish dining utensils throughout the meal.
• Monitor guest satisfaction closely to handle requests, complaints, or spills efficiently.
• Compute final guest bills, process payments accurately, and return exact change.
• Perform side-work duties including polishing glassware, folding napkins, and restocking stations
