Roles and Responsibilities

• Interpret technical blueprints, architectural drawings, and wiring diagrams to plan installation layouts.
• Install electrical wiring, conduits, cables, lighting fixtures, and power distribution systems safely.
• Connect power supply wires to electrical transformers, circuit breakers, and industrial machinery.
• Inspect electrical systems, components, and equipment to identify hazards, defects, or failures.
• Diagnose malfunctioning electrical systems and components using voltmeters, ammeters, and testers.
• Repair or replace faulty wiring, broken switches, burnt fuses, and damaged electrical hardware.
• Test electrical continuity, circuit earthing, and voltage levels to ensure operational safety.
• Follow national electrical codes, local building regulations, and strict workplace safety protocols.
